Description
Antique silver pendant. This remarkable piece is very old, 19th century or earlier and is handmade from purest silver. Origin is far western Rajasthan, NW India. It features a female goddess on horseback, possibly a female incarnation of Shiva, the destroyer of evil, and thus is a fierce protector of women. Weight 22gms. Dia. 43mm. It comes with a woven leather thong, 80cms in length, with silver ends.
