Description
These are a superb example of traditional Turkoman silver work. Each bracelet weighs 75 gms and exhibits granulation, applied over the fire gilded 22ct gold. This is an ancient technique not carried on in our societies today, involving 24ct pure gold dust, and mercury. These are original Turkoman styles, from the wild tribal areas of Nth Afghanistan and into Kazaksthan. They are 45cms in width.
